Our content

The site, my artwork, games, tools and written content belong to Tiko Developments unless stated otherwise. Names, logos and footage of clients, teams, brands and artists shown in the portfolio belong to their respective owners and appear to show work I have done; they do not imply endorsement.

Digital products (store)

• License. When you buy a product you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it in any number of personal and commercial projects (for example games, films, apps and renders) made by you or your studio.
• Not allowed. You may not resell, share, sublicense, upload or redistribute the original files (alone or inside other asset packs or marketplaces), claim them as your own, or use them to train machine-learning models.
• Delivery. After payment you can download your files from the confirmation page. Keep that link; it is your receipt for downloads.
• Prices & payment. Prices are in US dollars and processed by Stripe. Taxes may be added where required.
• Refunds. Because digital files can’t be returned, sales are final once downloaded. If a file is corrupted, doesn’t work as described, or you were charged in error, email us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you. Nothing here limits any rights you have under law.

Free tools

The tools on this site are provided free and “as is”, without warranty. Always keep backups of your files. We may change or remove tools at any time.

Commissioned work

Custom projects (videos, 3D, VFX, game work) are covered by a separate written quote or agreement, which takes priority over these terms.

Games

Games linked from this site are sold or distributed on third-party stores (such as Steam and itch.io) under those platforms’ terms.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Tiko Developments is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, tools or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; continued use means you accept the update.
