Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Tiko Developments (“we”, “me”) collects when you use tikodevelopments.com, and what we do with it. Questions or requests: Business@tikodevelopments.com.
What we collect
Contact form. If you write to us through the form, we receive your name, email address and message. The form is delivered by Web3Forms, who pass it on to our inbox.
Purchases. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. We receive order information from Stripe (your name, email, billing details you entered, what you bought and whether it was paid) so we can deliver your files, provide support and keep records.
Technical data. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic request data (browser, pages requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
On your device. We store a small flag in your browser (to show the intro once per visit, and to remember if you switch visual effects off). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Third parties
- YouTube. The Portfolio page plays a background video from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube/Google may receive your IP address and device information when it loads.
- Free tools. The tools run entirely in your browser: files you open in them are not uploaded to us, and the tools load all of their code and fonts from this site, not from third parties.
- Links out. We link to Instagram, YouTube, Steam, itch.io, Fab, Discord and Reddit. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave this site.
How we use information
To reply to your messages, process and deliver orders, provide support, keep business and tax records, secure the site, and (only if you subscribed to the newsletter) send occasional news about new work, games and releases. Newsletter sign-ups are handled by Kit, receive only your email address, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept as long as needed to handle your enquiry. Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting law. You can ask us to delete your information sooner where the law allows.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or California law), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to complain to your data protection authority. Email Business@tikodevelopments.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
